Will every bundle look exactly the same?

No. Slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are normal with raw hair. These natural differences are part of what makes each bundle unique.

What color is your hair?

How many bundles do I need?

What is included in the three-bundle package?

What is the difference between the Same Length and Layered Length collections?

Our Same Length Collection features three bundles in the same selected length for a uniform look.

Our Layered Length Collection features graduated lengths designed to create dimension, movement, and a layered finish.

Can I purchase a single bundle?

03. ORDERING

How do I place an order?

Shop your preferred collection, select your available texture and length options, add your items to your cart, and follow the checkout instructions to complete your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Requests are subject to your order's processing status, and changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I return hair that has been opened, installed, or altered?

Our return and exchange eligibility is limited to unopened hair extensions. Opened, installed, washed, dyed, cut, or otherwise altered hair does not qualify under this policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us promptly through our website with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll review your concern and advise you on the next steps.
